Information you choose to share
If you call or email us, you may provide your name, contact information, project address, preferred dates, and cleanup details. Please do not send sensitive financial information or confidential documents through the quote form.
How the quote form works
The form on this website uses your browser to prepare a draft in your email application. It does not itself send the message, create an account, or store form entries in a website database. Sending the draft shares its contents through your email provider and to the business email address shown on the site.
How information is used
Information you send may be used to respond to your inquiry, discuss rental availability, prepare a quote, coordinate service, and address customer questions. Any rental transaction may involve additional records required to provide the service or meet applicable obligations.
Hosting and external services
A hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and browser information in standard server logs. This website does not include analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or third-party embedded maps. Links to external websites and your email application are governed by those providers’ policies.
Sharing and retention
Information may need to be shared with service providers involved in fulfilling a request or when required by law. Retention depends on the inquiry, service needs, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. This page does not promise a specific retention period for email or hosting logs.
Your choices
You can browse without submitting the form. To ask about personal information you have shared, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, contact [email protected]. Applicable rights and legal requirements vary by circumstances and jurisdiction.
Security and updates
No internet or email system can guarantee complete security. Use an appropriate private channel for sensitive matters. This policy may be updated as the site or services change. Last updated October 12, 2026.
